Welcome to my fotopic site, all of my photo collections can be found under the various collections which are below and to the right. These are the last few collections loaded, and you can find some more, by clicking on the More Collections link at the bottom of this page.
Photos on this site are mainly taken at Manchester Airport which is my local airport, but will occasionally include pictures from further afield.
Please note;- Sadly due to the theft of images from one of my photo sites, watermarks have now been applied over the photos, which although not to everyones liking, these watermarks will not sadly be removed due to this theft of images by some individuals and put onto other sites.
Photos are only offered for sale via fotopic, due to not having any facilities to do them myself.

My first and what has turned out to be my only collection of photos from Manchester Airport during 2009. These were taken on a very, very cold sunday afternoon from a muddy Aviation Viewing Park. Hopefully I will be able to visit more here in the future.

This collection of photos were taken mainly in the various hangars for the Museum collection at the Imperial War Museum site at the former Royal Air Force Duxford Airfield, which was also used by the United States Army Air Force during World War II.
I was at the airfield actually attending the EFE Showbus event, which is the largest bus rally in the United Kingdown (at least) and uses the airfield site for the event.

A collection of photos from the Aviation Viewing Park at Manchester Airport, on what was a dull and misty morning. We stayed until lunchtime when it started raining.

A trip with my son to visit the Museum of Science & Industry, saw me take these photos in the Air & Space Hall which originally opened as the Manchester Air & Space Museum.
These photos were taken on more than one visit to the museum, but all of the photos are being kept here in this one collection. All of the photos have the date they were taken as part of the individual photo's description as well as part of the information under the photo itself.
The boy seen in the front of a couple of the exhibits is my son who is very keen on aircraft, he posed in front of some, but had to make sure I took a photo of him in front of his favourite exhibit at the museum, this being the Spitfire.

These aircraft were parked on the promenade next to Blackpool's North Pier in connection with Veterans Week which was being held in Blackpool.
There was also supposed to be a flying display on Saturday 21st June and Sunday 22nd June (2008), but this was very much reduced on the Saturday due to the rain and low cloud. It was cancelled on the Sunday due to gail force winds battering the Blackpool Area.

A nice three hours spent at the Aviation Viewing Park, the weather was very warm although a few drops of rain around lunchtime.

A trip to the Aviation Viewing Park, were I managed to photograph the diverted SriLankan Airlines Airbus A.340 as well as a diverted Easyjet Boeing 737.
